Part four of "Daddy Issues" arrives with a striking Steve Morris cover that plunges Angel into urgent, airborne motion — coat billowing, hands reaching, rooftops and a fiery London skyline sweeping below him while a sword-wielding figure looms ominously in the background. The tension radiating off this image makes a strong case for what writer Christos Gage and artist Rebekah Isaacs have been building across this arc. If you've been following Season 9, this is exactly the kind of visceral, atmospheric installment the series does so well.
