America's Best Comics #15

The Black Terror and Doc Strange battle enemy operatives at Black Mark Headquarters who are holding Professor Dean and Virginia captive with monstrous creatures. After the heroes rescue the captives, they discover a body that leads them to pursue the Black Terror and his ally across the countryside, eventually confronting him at a police station. The Black Terror then follows the villain's escape attempt, leading to a dramatic aerial chase where the villain's plane is shot down over the European coast as Allied forces move in to destroy the enemy stronghold.
