Amazing Stories of Suspense #S[A]
In "Danger in the Streets," a young boy in a forgotten underground society dares to question the silence of the past, driven by a restlessness the others have long suppressed. When he opens the final hatch to the surface, the act triggers a chain of events that forces the entire community to confront a truth buried for generations. Illustrated by Mort Lawrence in a stark, evocative style, this haunting tale of rediscovery unfolds under cover by Carl Burgos, whose striking artwork captures the eerie contrast between subterranean dread and the long-lost world above.
