Tippy and his pilot Hunk head towards Borneo to report on a typhoon but the storm crashes their plane. Washed up on the island of Phantasy, Tippy encounters dinosaurs and meets an old inventor who has built synthetic robots but needs special elements to bring them to life. Tippy begins the search in Tinilonia, a land where Tippy's height makes him a giant to the locals.
