Yudhishthira loses his kingdom to the Kauravas and he and his kin are exiled for thirteen years. At the end of the exile he tries to regain his kingdom and a fierce war is fought with Duryodhana and his armies. After Bheeshma falls in battle, Drona is placed in command of Duryodhana's troops. Abhimanyu leads the charge against Drona but is cut off and surrounded. He kills many of his enemies before he is killed.
