From the fairways to full-on chaos — this 1965 Dell issue puts Alvin and the Chipmunks smack in the middle of a golf course caper. The cover shows all three Chipmunks careening wildly on a golf cart past hole 6 of the Ace Golf Club, with one of them shouting "Hang on, fellas! Those guys are jewel thieves!" while suspicious figures loom on the green in the background. It's a breezy, genuinely fun setup that promises plenty of slapstick adventure on the links for twelve cents.
