Alpha Flight and the Avengers continue to battle a horde of aliens who are trying to capture Her. Just as they are trying to decide whether to continue the devastating conflict, Vindicator is contacted by the Quwrll whose planet is being menaced by the world-eater Galactus. Vindicator teleports half of both the Alphans and the Avengers across the universe to save the aliens who saved his life by combining him with his suit.
