Unemployed Peg’s roommate Ginnie convinces her to take a job as a “party girl,” escorting visiting businessmen. Peg is humiliated when private detective Richie suspects her of stealing money from her clients, but they eventually fall in love. However, Richie’s work makes him break dates with Peg and she agrees to go to another party. Her “date” gets fresh and she pushes him. The man hits his head and is knocked out. Richie helps clear Peg of any blame and they reconcile.
