Police investigate suspicious activity at a stone garage on Thirty-Fourth Street and discover a bootlegging operation run by the Genna gang, who are using the location to distribute cheap booze and terrorize families into working for them. When officers raid the garage, the Gennas escape in a truck, leading to a shootout, but with the help of informants Torrio and Joe Esposito, the police manage to apprehend O'Banion and shut down the operation. The case concludes with the recovery of a stolen herald necklace and the arrest of the criminals involved in the booze racket.
