Handy Pandy takes on what should be a simple job opening Mr. Gotrocks' safe, but his well-intentioned attempts at efficiency spiral into one disaster after another—involving blowtorches, nitroglycerin, steam pressure, and more collateral damage than anyone bargained for. When a burglar shows up demanding the safe be cracked and chaos erupts, Handy finds himself in the middle of a wild chain of events that somehow leads to an unexpected resolution.
