Bozo and the Professor outwit a determined Warden who's cracking down on illegal fishing, using quick thinking and creative excuses to stay one step ahead of the law. When their schemes finally backfire and a massive fish enters the picture, they discover sometimes the best escape plan comes from the most unexpected source.
