A local bookstore owner, unknowingly saved by the Flash, believes that the Three Dimwits have saved him and thus rewards them (as scientists) with a rare volume on how to enter Fairyland. When the appointed night, Halloween, arrives, they read the magic incantation, shrink and enter into Fairyland, as do the Flash and Joan, who also repeat the words.
