Raymond Swanland's cover for this 2010 Dark Horse issue pulls you straight into the chaos, with a warrior woman in dark armor caught between two massive Xenomorphs looming on either side of her — her hair whipping wildly as she braces against the mayhem. The murky, industrial atmosphere and sickly green palette give the whole scene a suffocating intensity that feels entirely fitting for a story called "Three World War." With Randy Stradley writing and Rick Leonardi and Mark Pennington on interior art, issue #3 of this six-part series promises the kind of multi-faction tension the Aliens vs. Predator universe does best.
