The cover by Gabriel Hardman says it all — a slavering Xenomorph looms inches from Vampirella's face, its dripping inner jaws poised in a moment of terrifying proximity that perfectly captures the collision of two horror universes. This 2015 co-publication from Dynamite Entertainment and Dark Horse Comics continues the crossover with writer Corinna Bechko and artist Javier Garcia-Miranda, and if the second issue's cover is any indication, Vampirella isn't getting any breathing room. It's a striking, tightly composed image that makes a strong case for this unlikely pairing.
