In "Undersea Kingdom of Mongo," Flash, Zarkov, and Dale are stranded in the Sea of Mystery after their ship is struck by a magneto-ray, leading to their capture and transformation into water breathers. Forced to navigate the submerged realm of Lord Triton, they must use cunning and courage to escape, eventually forming an uneasy alliance with Undina as she prepares to challenge Ming’s rule. With the fate of the undersea kingdom hanging in the balance, Flash finds himself drawn into a war far beyond his own.
