Albatros #1
This first volume of the Albatros series, titled 'Shanghait,' collects the opening story arc of the nautical adventure saga. Set in the 18th century, it follows the crew of the Albatros, a ship captained by the enigmatic Jean-Baptiste, as they navigate treacherous waters and political intrigue in the Indian Ocean. The edition is published by Splitter Verlag in German, presenting the complete narrative from the original French series by Christophe Bec and Stefano Martino.
A 2007 issue from Splitter Verlag, Albatros #1 features the story "Shanghait," written and illustrated by Vincent with additional writing by Tanja Krämling, and colored and lettered by Vincent and Delia Wüllner-Schulz, respectively. The cover was created by Vincent, who handled both pencils and inks.
