Alan Moore présente Swamp Thing #3

The cover of this French-language Urban Comics/DC Vertigo collection says everything with remarkable economy: two silhouettes — the massive, unmistakable form of Swamp Thing and a long-haired woman beside him — stand together in a murky, amber-lit bayou, dark birds wheeling through the Spanish-moss-draped trees above them. That interplay of brooding shadow and warm, glowing light gives the image an atmosphere that is equal parts haunting and strangely tender.
