The Heap watches intently as a caravan of Gypsies enter a local village and onto the grounds of Di Fondi Castle, and the local children are fascinated by a mysterious box that carries a curse attached to it. In the company of these Gypsies is a man known as the Harvester, who is reputed to kidnap both young and old, and gets away with it. Trouble begins when the young Prince, going against the wishes of his late father, decides to kick the Gypsies off his property.
