A skull-faced, clawed figure crouches menacingly before a framed painting where a dagger strikes with explosive force, while a terrified woman behind him recoils in horror — and his speech bubble coolly warns, "It's too bad you missed!! You're going to be VERY sorry!" Promising "The Weirdest Tales Ever Told," Adventures into Weird Worlds #11 is a fine example of the eerie, imaginative horror comics Atlas was delivering to readers that year.
