Adventure Time #13

Finn and Jake find themselves in over their heads — literally — submerged in a giant bowl of "Ooo-O's" cereal and battling what appear to be tiny, armed cereal-piece creatures, while more of the little menaces parachute in from above. Mike Holmes's cover captures the gleeful absurdity of the Land of Ooo perfectly, packing the scene with swords, splashing milk, and a box promising "Magic Shrinking Crystals" inside. Ryan North, Shelli Paroline, and Braden Lamb's 2013 run was consistently one of the most fun all-ages books on shelves, and this issue looks like no exception.
