Action Force / G.I. Joe #3/1994
In "Uusia tuttavuuksia," Megatron's rebirth through Cobra's railgun tech transforms him into a tank-mode Decepticon with a new arsenal, promising his creators access to the Ark's secrets and his own scanned systems. On the ruins of Cobra Island, Zartan, Destro, the Baroness, and the Joes confront the unsettling truth that the Commander has begun using Dr. Mindbender's clone technology—possibly to resurrect his fallen ally. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by Chris Batista with inks by Chip Wallace and others, this 1994 Semic issue blends high-stakes tech and moral ambiguity, with a cover by Batista and Wallace.

Megatron is reborn thanks to Cobra, as they incorporate Biggles-Jones's railgun technology to the Decepticon leader (replacing his antimatter cannon for more power), changing his transformation mode from a gun to a tank. In return he promises them the technology in the Ark, plus scanned off of his person to retrograde into Cobra systems while he was being rebuilt. Meanwhile, on the abandoned Cobra Island, Zartan, alongside Destro, the Baroness, and the Joes, learn that the Commander has taken the late Dr. Mindbender's clone technology for himself, and apparently plans to revive his late crony.
