General Austin has a heart attack. Candy escapes from Buzzer. Fred II turns out to be an old Nam buddy of Snake-Eyes and Stalker as he confronts them both at the Vietnam Memorial. The Soft Master arrives in Springfield to get more information on the Hard Master's death. Billy leaves his training with Storm Shadow to confront his father.
