A team of Action Force infiltrate a suburban house that is a hotbed of Cobra activity, which is later discovered to belong to Candy's father when she arrives on-scene later after the Twins and a Guardsman escape Action Force from the site. Another team of Action Force invade Sierra Gordo to rescue Dr. Burkhart (again). Storm Shadow betrays Cobra by rescuing Billy from the clutches of his father after he was interrogated about his role in the failed assassination.
