Meanwhile, Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow arrive, intent on confronting the man they believe is responsible for the Hard Master’s death, unaware of the deception unfolding beneath them—until a sudden intervention from Appel’s experimental Firebat changes everything.

In "Duell på havet," the Joes launch a daring sea assault to rescue a stranded recon team on Cobra Island, where a brutal confrontation unfolds between Storm Shadow and the Baroness—ending in tragedy. Meanwhile, Zartan, disguised as Ripcord and drugged during the mission, is flown back to the Pit, where Doc notices a fleeting anomaly in his holographic disguise. Unbeknownst to the Dreadnoks, the real Ripcord has landed at Springfield airport, his identity now a secret among enemies.
