In "Stiletto," Star-Viper infiltrates The Pit III headquarters in Utah, making off with a high-tech black box capable of intercepting every U.S. spy satellite signal—just as two new Joes join the team. Meanwhile, on Cobra Island, Fred and the Baroness secretly grow closer, unaware that Serpentor is plotting to remove them both from power, while Minh endures his isolation after his boat was destroyed during a risky ferry mission with the Pogo, as the island’s new security enforcer, Croc Master, patrols the perimeter.

In the midst of a brutal civil war on Cobra Island, Serpentor's faction struggles against Fred's rebels, forcing Mindbender to seek outside help—using the stolen super black box as a diplomatic gambit. As the Joes infiltrate the island with a stolen Mamba chopper, they find themselves caught between Fred’s relentless vengeance and Minh’s personal vendetta, while Destro prepares a sea-borne assault on the island’s shores.
