In "Perry White's Manhunt for Superman!", the Daily Planet's editor-in-chief launches a citywide search for Superman after the Man of Steel mysteriously vanishes—only to be drawn into a surreal nightmare orchestrated by alien invaders from Wexr II. Using red kryptonite to plunge Superman into vivid, terrifying dreams, the extraterrestrials then attempt to trap him in a real-world illusion, hoping he'll believe he's still dreaming and fail to act.

In "Supergirl's Greatest Challenge!", Supergirl journeys to the 30th century to aid the Legion of Super-Heroes after they’ve lost their powers, facing off against the villainous Positive Man. When the Legion’s ranks are infiltrated by the Chameleon Men disguising themselves as heroes, Supergirl must use her wits and strength to uncover the deception and restore hope to the future.
