“Superman Becomes Miss Lovelorn!”

In "Superman Becomes Miss Lovelorn!", Clark Kent takes an unexpected turn when Lois Lane's frustration leads Perry White to assign him to the "Miss Lovelorn" advice column. Written by Edmond Hamilton and illustrated by Wayne Boring with inks by Stan Kaye, this 1950 classic sees Superman embrace the role with surprising dedication—answering heartfelt letters from strangers, then quietly transforming their lives from behind the scenes. The cover, also by Wayne Boring and Stan Kaye, captures the whimsical twist with a touch of superhero flair.

Slipping away from Lois, Clark changes into costume and repairs damage done by the Blackout Bandits. She complains to Perry, who puts Clark on the "Miss Lovelorn" lonely hearts column. After the initial shock wears off he decides to throw himself into it with a will, answering letters describing seemingly hopeless situations, then (as Superman) changing the writer's fortunes for the better.
