When a fireball streaks through the Metropolis sky, Superman investigates and finds himself transported across the world to Gorilla City. Upon returning to Metropolis, he finds the headquarters of the Invisible Mafia has been destroyed, possibly by Leviathan. Luthor and the Legion of Doom attack Metropolis and defeat the combined might of the Justice League, Young Justice, and Teen Titans, leaving only Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman left to stand against them.
