Absolute Carnage: Immortal Hulk #1

Two of Marvel's most terrifying forces collide in this 2019 one-shot tie-in to the Absolute Carnage event, as the Hulk — snarling, green, and barely visible amid a mass of writhing symbiote tendrils — is shown engulfed by an enormous, maw-dominated Carnage on the cover by Kyle Hotz.
