Rick Remender and André Lima Araújo's gritty Image series delivers another tense chapter with this split-panel cover — above the title, a scruffy, determined gunman sights down a scoped rifle as spent casings fly, while below, a crowded bar full of rough-looking figures bristles with barely contained menace. The cool blue monochromatic palette gives the whole image a cold, noir-drenched atmosphere that perfectly suits the series' hard-edged tone. If you've been following this story, issue #5 looks like exactly the kind of escalation the title promises.
