Teen romance gets a wonderfully comic twist in this February–March 1954 DC charmer, as Judy and her red-sweatered date find themselves drifting toward the Tunnel of Love — only for Judy to deadpan that it's just a "dull ride" since it's too dark to see any scenery. The cover's breezy boat scene captures the series' signature humor perfectly, with the two teens lounging in a yellow canal boat while Judy's cheerful portrait watches from the title banner above. Billed as "television and radio's coast to coast favorite," this is a delightful snapshot of early-'50s teen comedy at its most lighthearted.
