A Date with Judy #29

This June–July 1952 issue of DC's A Date with Judy captures the teen-comedy spirit perfectly: Oogie, sporting his varsity letter sweater, steers a red motorcycle and sidecar with carefree one-armed confidence while a very concerned Judy, riding beside him in the sidecar, pleads for a little more responsible road etiquette.
