This anthology issue contains three stories: "Red Fox of the Mounties" features Red Fox chasing a fugitive into an icy lake after a confrontation involving a girl who falls into the cold water; "Kirk of Scotland Yard" depicts Kirk investigating an armed insurgency plot involving a conference, delegates, a cellophane-wrapped explosive device, and an attempt to sabotage the operation, with Kirk working alone after police cannot respond in time; and "Fallon of the F.B.I." shows Fallon uncovering a communist conspiracy involving Pit Lewis Crawford, a Hollywood figure who had been turned yellow under fire and transferred to the company stockpile, with Crawford secretly communicating with communist operatives to move stolen documents until Fallon intervenes.
