64 Pages of New Captain Marvel Adventures #[1]
In this 1941 classic, Captain Marvel faces his most chilling foe yet when a mad scientist’s experiment brings a vampire back from the grave. Written by Manly Wade Wellman and brought to life by Jack Kirby’s dynamic art and Dick Briefer’s sharp inks, the story follows Billy Batson as he teams up with his superhero alter ego to stop the undead menace before it spreads. The cover by C. C. Beck captures the eerie tension, while a mysterious book—*The Vampire Legend* by H. P. Lovecraft—holds the key to victory.
