4Most #3 is an anthology featuring three stories: "Candid Charlie" follows the humorous misadventures of a bespectacled character at the seaside; "The Seventeenth Letter" centers on FBI man Paul Gregory investigating Professor Erich Schneider, a German language teacher accused of Nazi sympathies, only to discover the accusations are unfounded and based on circumstantial evidence; and "The Cadet" depicts Kit Carter and fellow cadets at Daunton Military Academy embarking on a motorized march to the artillery range, with the cadets hoping to receive more provisions than anticipated during the trek.
