This Japanese-language volume collects the first part of the manga adaptation of The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords, based on the 2004 Game Boy Advance title. Illustrated by Akira Himekawa, the story follows Link as he is split into four distinct color-coded heroes who must work together to rescue Princess Zelda from the shadowy Vaati. Originally serialized in Shogakukan's coro coro comic magazine, this edition compiles the early chapters of the Four Swords+ arc.

A 2004 Shogakukan release, this issue of Zelda no Densetsu: Yotsu no Tsurugi+ features artwork and inking by Hitokawa Akira, with cover art also by the same creator. The story centers on the characters from the The Legend of Zelda series as depicted in this Japanese manga adaptation.
