Prog 721 of 2000 AD puts Rogue Trooper front and center in a stunning Ron Smith cover, the blue-skinned G.I. charging forward with guns blazing through a battlefield strewn with fallen soldiers and robotic enemies, explosions lighting up the sky behind him — the tagline "In Battle He Is the War!" says it all. The Citadel assault teased at the bottom promises fierce action inside, and with Judge Dredd also featured, this 1991 prog packs a serious punch. A fine snapshot of 2000 AD at full throttle.
