“Wot I Did During Necropolis by P. J. Maybe Aged 15½, Part 3”

Judge Dredd looms large and imposing behind a nervous-looking green-haired juvenile who holds up an ID card reading "Maybe P.J." — and the cover's cheeky headline, "Who's That Juve? Can J.D. I.D. P.J.?", sets a playfully ominous tone for this December 1990 prog. Anthony Williams brings real personality to both figures, capturing Dredd's granite scowl alongside the kid's wide-eyed, finger-to-the-chin uncertainty in a way that's both funny and genuinely tense. It's a fine snapshot of 2000 AD at its most entertainingly irreverent.
