2000 AD #2205

Issue #2205 of 2000 AD delivers one of the most unsettling cover images of 2020 — Dredd and Anderson suspended upside-down, bound in webbing, and completely surrounded by a seething horde of enormous spiders closing in from every direction. Patrick Goddard's cover art is genuinely skin-crawling, with the cave walls thick with arachnids and the tagline "Hanging by a Thread!" doing absolutely nothing to ease the dread. Inside, Rob Williams scripts alongside artist and inker Dan Cornwell, colorist Jim Boswell, and letterer Annie Parkhouse, continuing "They Shoot Talking Horses, Don't They?" — a title that promises the anthology's trademark blend of wit and weirdness.
