Prog 2034 of Britain's long-running anthology brings "Hot Rod Cop!" energy to the stands, with a Brendan McCarthy cover that puts Judge Dredd front and center — helmeted, grim-jawed, and leaning hard into the action as two wildly designed hoverods labeled "PRIDE" and "JOY" tear through smoke and explosions beneath him against a vivid checkered backdrop. The taglines "Mutie Motor Mania!" and "Crazy for Speed… Crazy for Carnage!" set the tone perfectly for "Hoverods Part Two," written by T. C. Eglington with art, inks, and colors all by McCarthy, whose bold, pop-saturated style makes this one of the most visually striking covers of 2017.
