Mega-City One is under threat in this September 2014 prog, as Alex Ronald's cover delivers a striking image of a menacing armored face projected across a massive cityscape billboard — with the chilling declaration "Bow, Mega-City One — before the Lawlords!" blazing from a speech bubble while a hover-vehicle streaks through the neon-drenched streets below. The "Breaking News" banner beneath the projection gives the whole scene an unsettling, propaganda-broadcast feel that sets the tone perfectly. Inside, Michael Carroll and Paul Marshall continue "Cascade Part Four," with colors by Gary Caldwell and lettering by Annie Parkhouse rounding out the creative team.
