Prog 1858 of 2000 AD announces itself with a thunderous cover by Clint Langley — a colossal, armored beast fills the frame, its rows of jagged teeth bared wide and its glowing red eyes cutting through storm-lit darkness, with the tagline "Gorehead Unchained!" leaving little doubt about the tone. Inside, the anthology kicks off "Ferals Part One," written by Emma Beeby and fully illustrated and colored by John Burns, with lettering by Annie Parkhouse.
