Rémi Torregrossa's cover immediately sets the tone for this 2021 Soleil adaptation of George Orwell's celebrated novel: a lone figure in a grey coat clutches a briefcase while picking through rubble-strewn streets, dwarfed by a blood-red wall mural bearing a single, unblinking eye that watches his every step.
