Featured stories include Edmond Hamilton's "The Time-Raider" (part 2 of a four-part serial about an entity that hunts victims across time), Arthur J. Burks' "The Invading Horde" (future-set science fiction featuring Asiatic invasion forces in giant submarines), and G.G. Pendarves' "The Lord of the Tarn" (featuring monstrous cats and evil rites at a spectral abbey). Additional offerings include Sewell Peaslee Wright's "The Wolf," a Northwest tale; Clare Winger Harris' "A Certain Soldier" on reincarnation and ancient Rome; Henry S.
