This terror collection entry presents "Olvidados" ("Forgotten") by Ralph Barby, published in June 1983 by Editorial Bruguera as issue #537 in their Terror Selection series. The story follows a successful public relations man named Larralde who arrives at a grand rural casino estate for a meeting with manager Armando Benotti. With time to spare, Larralde explores the foggy grounds and discovers an ancient walled cemetery hidden behind cypress hedges. While investigating, he hears an unsettling sound emanating from a sealed well, then encounters a stone chapel-crypt locked from outside. When he peers through its barred opening, a decayed hand suddenly thrusts through and he reflexively strikes it, severing a putrid finger that continues twitching after detachment. Terrified, Larralde flees the cemetery as night falls, hearing inhuman sounds from the well again. Chapter II shows him driving nervously to the airport, determined to report the incident to Benotti.
