This weekly pulp magazine contains five continued serial stories: "The Ebb Tide of Empire" by Wolcott LeCléar Beard (part one of five); "The Double Chance" by J.S. Fletcher (part two of five); "Secret of Powder Basin" by Emerson Hough (part three of four); "The Doom Dealer" by David Fox (part four of six); and "Smoke of the Forty-Five" by Harry Sinclair Drago (part five of five). Additional content includes the novelette "Exploits of Beau Quicksilver" by Florence M. Pettee, specifically a chapter titled "The Hand of the Hyena," and short stories by Garret Smith and Carroll John Daly. The issue also features poetry by various contributors.
