He added the information that the _ battalion from Fort Bennet had just arrived and asked for _ instructions. _ - The-operator wired the message as it was* dictated, and _ after that there was a brief pause. Then the call was - sounded and the instrument began to click at a lively rate. ‘Tenney was a skilled telegrapher, and as the words were flashed to him by the operator at Fort Sandiman he _ repeated them aloud as follows: _. “To Major Dallas, Red Rock agency.
