HE publishers of the Army anp Navy are desirous of obtaining the opinions of their readers on the military and naval cadet stories now running, and for that purpose offer the following prizes for the best letters on the subject. TWENTY- FIVE DOLLARS divided into FIVE PRIZES of FIVE DOLLARS EACH will be given for the five most sensible opinions as to which is the best written, and most in- teresting story of the ten to be published in Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the Army AND Navy.
