The Saint Detective Magazine, June 1957

This issue of The Saint Detective Magazine (June 1957) contains detective and mystery fiction by established and emerging authors. The lead story, "The Happy Suicide" by Leslie Charteris, features protagonist Simon Templar (the Saint) investigating the seemingly straightforward suicide of Paul Zaglan, a television writer who fashioned a gallows-like lamp post in his Miami patio. Templar becomes involved when an attractive woman, Lois Norroy, questions whether Paul was genuinely suicidal given his reported happiness hours before his death.
