# SUPER SCIENCE STORIES — April 1951

This issue of Super Science Stories (Vol. 8, No. 1, April 1951) contains seven science fiction stories. The two novelettes are "The Death Star" by B. Holden, concerning an Earthman's discovery of a world fulfilling all human dreams except one necessary for survival, and "Danger Dimension" by Stanley Mullen, featuring an advance guard of Earth's last hope traveling through a black portal. The issue includes departments on fandom and science fiction conducted by James V. Taurasi and Frederik Pohl respectively, plus reader correspondence.
